All Creapop orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Farmingdale, New York. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, and cannot ship to PO boxes.
Free standard shipping on all orders of $50.00 and over, and on your first subscription order whatever its value. Other orders under $50.00 are charged a flat $5.99 for standard shipping. Subscription renewals under $50.00 are charged the same $5.99. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are picked and packed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery normally takes a further 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4-9 business days of being placed. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak periods.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping charge.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at support@creapop.co within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll sort it out with you.
